AI agents & workflows for independent retail

You opened a shop to sell things, not to answer the same email forty times a week.

We build AI agents and workflows for independent retailers. Inventory, customer messaging, scheduling — the boring half of running a store. We also work with other small businesses outside retail.

§ 01 How we work

We start with a conversation, not a pitch.

You tell us what's repetitive, what's getting missed, or what's costing you hours each week. If we can help, we'll scope it. If we can't, we'll say so.

01

Discovery
A one-on-one with the owner or operator. We document what's manual, what's slow, and where things fall through the cracks. No commitment at this stage.
02

Scope
We come back with a defined problem, an effort estimate, and a fixed price. You decide whether to move forward. No retainers, no open-ended billing.
03

Build & hand off
We build, test, and deploy the solution. You get training and documentation. We stay available for maintenance as AI tooling changes underneath.
§ 02 What we build

Where we usually start.

Most of our work is for independent retailers. If you run something other than a retail business and your problem looks like one of these in shape, we still want to hear from you.

For retail
Inventory & listing sync
Keep what's on the shelf, on the website, and on the marketplace listing in agreement. Stop selling things you don't have.
Customer messaging
Answer the same questions about hours, stock, returns, and order status without typing the same reply for the hundredth time.
Reviews & follow-up
Ask for reviews at the right moment. Catch unhappy customers before they post.
For other small businesses
Scheduling & reminders
Handle appointment booking, reschedules, and reminders without staff time. Works with your existing calendar.
Quoting & proposals
Pull job specs into a templated quote. Cut the time from request to quote from days to minutes.
Document & form processing
Pull data out of invoices, intake forms, or contracts. Stop the copy-paste.
§ 03 Who we are

Two people. One LLC.

Direct line to the people building the work. No account managers, no handoffs.

Will Farber
Will ran client operations as a financial advisor before spending two years in Albania with the Peace Corps, where he helped a local municipality implement automated systems with limited infrastructure. He knows what it looks like when a manual process is costing someone time they don't have.

Back of house
Michael Mitchell
Michael has been a software engineer for nine years, six of them at AWS — building backend systems and frontend clients that serve tens of millions of customers, and agentic and AI workflows that AWS's own engineers use to ship and operate production systems. He brings the same bar to small business: tools that don't quietly break when nobody's looking.

§ 04 Contact

Run your store. We'll run the busywork.

Short form. We'll respond within one business day with either a time to talk or an honest answer about whether we're a fit.
